Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase and interest in our products. While we are sure you will be satisfied with our products and their quality, we understand that in rare cases, things do go wrong. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us and we will gladly exchange your product or refund you. 

Returns Process

You may return any item(s) purchased from within thirty (30) days of the date you received your order. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) in the original form of payment. After we process your return, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution. Please note that we are only able to process returns for a maximum of 3 items per year.

Merchandise that is damaged during shipment may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact FortiFood Customer Service at (+27) 011 841 3432 or by email at with a photo(s) of the damage within 48 hours of item(s) receipt.

When leaving a voicemail or sending us an email, please include your order number, item description or SKU # of damaged items, and if you would like a refund or a replacement sent.

While we are unable to process an exchange, you may place a new order if you would like a different item. (The coupon code used on original order will not be applicable on a new order).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged.

Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 14 days in the original form of payment, and an email confirmation will be sent.

Special note for some products: Due to the nature of some products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check the product’s page for special notes regarding returns.
