Lysine is an amino acid with a variety of functions in the body. It has been used as a principal ingredient of the Rath-Pauling procedure for the treatment and prevention of blood clots and heart attacks. In the formation of blood clots, fibrin attaches to the proline residues in certain structures and by presenting proline in the blood as a supplement, it offers an alternative site for the attachment of fibrin thus reducing the tendency of a blood clots to form.
To recue the likelihood of blood clots in patients with increased risk for coronary artery heart disese.
None at usual dosage levels.
Do not exceed dosage of 5g per day.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS OF USE
Take one quarter to half a teaspoon (1 to 2 grams) dissolved in water before meals in divided doses.
