With herbs: possibly inceases the effects of anticoagulant plant-derived herbs. May cause hypomania when used with St Johns Wort. Concommitent use with anticoagulant drugs / antiplatelet drugs may increase risk of bleeding. Ginkgo may also increase seizures when used with certain anticonvulsants.
